據(jù)美國食品藥品管理局（FDA）消息，3月28日美國FDA發(fā)布進口食品預先通知問答（第三版）指南草案并開始征求意見，征求意見從2014年3月31日開始為期60天。

        該指南草案解答了自2004年5月指南第二版發(fā)布以來收到的問題，并包含現(xiàn)代化法案要求提交給FDA的進口食品預先通知的相關(guān)信息。

        FDA is announcing the availability of a draft guidance entitled “Guidance for Industry: Prior Notice of Imported Food Questions and Answers （Edition 3）?！?The draft guidance addresses questions received since the publication of the second edition of the guidance in May 2004 and includes information related to the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act （FSMA）， which requires that additional information be provided in a prior notice of imported food submitted to FDA.
